CEO & Co-Founder

Catalin is a visionary and tenacious leader, good at math, and passionate about technology and innovation in IC designs. With 15+ years of experience in IC design and verification, he participated in over 100 tape-out cycles for products aimed at major IC customers worldwide and co-developed with Cadence and Synopsys (world EDA leading players) physical verification procedures and design flows. During his journey in the semiconductors industry, Catalin identified the pain point in the physical verification of integrated circuits design, brought together the team, and led HyperPV since its beginnings.

Emanuel is a senior software engineer with 10+ years of international experience in industrial and research projects. Specialized in modern software development, with a strong track record across all phases of the product lifecycle, from architecture design to validation and deployment. Expertise includes CAD/EDA algorithms, applied mathematics, and signal processing. Known for a results-driven approach, multidisciplinary skill set, and a passion for continuous learning.

With over 15 years of experience as a Financial Controller and Group Reporting specialist across diverse sectors—including technology, real estate, and banking — Anca has honed her expertise in reporting, audit, and performance monitoring. Now serving as CFO at HyperPV, she focuses on driving the financial strategy of the company. Outside of work, she enjoys reading historical fiction and biographies, exploring new places, and building Lego creations with her young child.

Daniel is a creative, motivated, and solution-oriented engineer, who loves photography, camping, cooking, and animals. His line of duty splits into two fields, QA Automation and DevOps. He started his career 7 years ago as an Embedded Test Engineer, and he had the opportunity to work for some of the biggest players in the semiconductor industry. Still, eventually, he wanted to try a new approach and therefore, he found HyperPV. Daniel considers that still being involved in the industry and helping build software that innovates at the highest level, is a great opportunity to deepen knowledge. In these times the GPUs are reaching the highest peaks of innovation and offer a quantum leap in performance, thus now it's the perfect moment to tap into this world and harness all the potential.
